Lunt played a pivotal role in the creation of a new business in an entirely unfamiliar category. We were hired by a Fortune 50 food company to lead the insights at every stage, from segmentation, competitive analysis, and white space discovery to strategy, product design, concept, copy and pricing. Lunt maintained the role because of meaningful impact evident from day one. By leading with voice of the consumer, we supported the launch and growth of an entire pet treat business consisting of four brands, and dozens of skus which ultimately lead to a $1.2 billion sale after 12 years.

Lunt led the review of the copy testing process, vendors, standards, and validations for a Fortune 100 company. Our recommendations resulted in the integration of advanced tools, including neuro, AI, and emotive technologies, along with company-wide adoption of a streamlined process and database for agile decision-making. We continue to support validations by modeling test data to business outcomes.
